RETURNS POLICY
If your purchase needs returning, you will need to telephone SPOILT on 01752 269118. This will help speed up your return as in the case of swapping goods we can sort out your exchange items quicker. When you have done this, please fill in the form supplied and return it with your purchase to the following address :

Returns postage is at your cost so we recommend that you use either First class Recorded/Signed For Post, for which a certificate of posting can be obtained or standard parcel service, whichever is cheaper.
If we do not receive the goods, we cannot refund you.
Please wrap the returns in suitable packaging. If you use the plastic courier bag then this may cause ordinary stamps to fall off and you will be liable for additional postage charges.
PLEASE NOTE : Products can only be returned if they are in a NEW and UNUSED condition.
RETURNS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
Christmas presents may be returned up to 20th January.
Exchanges will be processed as soon as we can, but allow 7 days for the receipt of the exchange.
Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be put on your card.
